According to the https://www.goodcountry.org/ there is an index that refers to measure what each country on earth contributes to the common good of humanity, and what it takes away, relative to its size.
In such index, Albania is ranked in the 64th place among 169 countries in the world, in terms of the contribution it makes as a country to its neighbors and the world.
This publication comes in the form of a periodical report, carried out by Simon Anholt and Dr Robert Govers by initiating a fair point to consider, why a country exists, beyond their personal interests.
The measurement is based on seven main pillars (each pillar has also other sub-indicators) , among which are science and technology, culture, peace and security in the world, order, climate, prosperity and health.
Compared to the countries of the region, Albania ranks last.
